How to Purchase Videos and Pic Sets 

  1. Click on the “Buy Now” button under the desired pic set or video, this action will add this product to your Shopping Cart. You can continue browsing around our website and adding pic sets and videos to your Cart. Once you have finished selecting pic sets and videos click on the “View Cart/Checkout” link in the top menu. Check the Shopping Cart has the correct pic sets and videos before you click on the “Proceed To Checkout” button;
  2. On the Checkout page fill in your first and last name, email (make sure this email is correct or you may not get your download details) address;
  3. Then you must click the checkbox to say you have read our terms and conditions;
  4. Now click the “Buy Now” button;
  5. If you have completed all the fields correctly you will be taken to the payment page to process your payment. If you did not completed the Checkout fields properly, the fields you have not filled correctly will be displayed within a red box;
  6. After any purchase please allow up to 20 minutes before you check your email inbox for your download link and or messages from LPM with purchase notes and receipts;

How to download your purchases – All downloadable Pic Sets and Videos are zip compressed folders. You will have the choice of saving the file to your computer or opening it to view. You can also right click the file name, then select “Save As” and download the file to your desktop.

How to open a .zip file – Using The Windows Built-In Archive Software, download the .zip file to your desktop, right click the .zip file and then select Open With. Select Windows Explorer and follow the instructions. For Mac Users -Double click the downloaded .zip file and it will un-compress on your desktop with the same name as the original .zip file.

Video Format – All video files available on this site are produced in WMV (Windows Media Video) format. Software that can play WMV files includes Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, MPlayer, Media Player Classic and VLC Media Player. QuickTime allows Mac users to play WMV files in any player that uses the QuickTime framework. Most videos available are HD (High Definition) 1280 x 720 and all new videos produced (as of January 2014) are Full HD 1920 x  1080.

Picture Format – All picture files available on this site are presented in JPEG format.

Download Times – Download times depend on the file size (MB) and the speed of the internet service used for the download.

Refunds – All refunds are handled on a case by case basis and sent through the Support form below.

Credit Card Billing – When making purchases your credit card will be billed as Leather Pants Models.
